Puppy Deposit (contract below) you are agreeing to this when a deposit is made.

When a depost is made, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract.
 
Puppy deposit gets your name on our list. You will receive a puppy within 1 year, or a refund will be given unless other agreements have been made. If the purchaser decides they no longer want a puppy, no refund will be given. This deposit goes towards the purchase price of your puppy.
 
Puppy prices start at $ 3,000. Before you send in a deposit, please read our contract as you're agreeing to this when a deposit is made.
 
Wisconsin Cavaliers Contract

Wisconsin Cavaliers is selling the above dog as a pet. At the time of sale, this puppy is in good physical health and mental condition. A vet check has been done by the sellers veterinarian to confirm.
 
The seller guarantees a lifetime gurantee against genetic dry eye curly coat syndrome and episodic falling syndrome. A 2 year health guarantee on any puppy sold applies to any defect that would prevent him/her from enjoying a normal dog’s life. If a disorder is found, the sellers vet must be notified, consult, and agree. Puppy of equal quality or 50% refund will be given if a defect is found. If it is to be found that the dog is engaging in behavior not suited for the age of the dog, such as jumping, excessive running and/or any other demanding dog sports, the guarantee will be void. Administering products with known side effects voids the guarantee.
 
Buyer may not sell or transfer ownership without first contacting the seller. If the purchaser can no longer care for the dog, the dog must be returned to Wisconsin Cavaliers. No refunds will be given.
 
This dog is being sold as a pet. If for any reason a litter of puppies is born or male is used to sire a litter, the seller has the right to permanently repossess the dog. No refunds will be given.  All court hearings are to be held in the state of Wisconsin.
